The SDAGEs (Schéma Directeur d'Aménagement et de Gestion des Eaux) are planning documents that set the guidelines for achieving the objectives of good water status for 6 years. The associated Programmes of Measures (PDM) define the operational actions that will enable these objectives to be achieved.

The study concerns the economic analysis of the SDAGE project of the Guiana Water Board and its programme of measures:
• Evaluation of the cost of the Programme of Measures
• Confrontation of public financial resources and the cost of the MDP
• Assessment of the social acceptability of the cost of the MDP to users
• Comparison of the total cost of the MDP with the budget constraint established earlier
• Discussion of the results: determination of the effective and socially acceptable MDP
• Re-evaluation of the cost of the Programme of Measures and restitution

Building the new economic cost-sharing model for the OMVS public and common infrastructures
