• Diagnosis of the existing situation and its evolution over the last ten years
• Situation of UEMOA financing in the African framework and in the regional framework of CDEAO (only if there is data in the report) by examining the data at the level of the 8 member countries and by distinguishing between national financial resources and international resources and the nature of the resources (diaspora transfer, donations, loans, etc.)
