Study on anthropic pressures on the Desroses basin and writing of an action plan

Contexte

Within the framework of the implementation of the European Water Framework Directive, the restoration of the quality of the Desroses River (Martinique) has resulted in the desire to build an operational action programme. About fifteen actions were identified, sized and the financing plan was drawn up. A Cost-Effectiveness Analysis is proposed to prioritise the actions in order to take into account the budgetary constraints.
