The SDAGEs (Schéma Directeur d'Aménagement et de Gestion des Eaux) are planning documents that set the guidelines for achieving the objectives of good water status for 6 years. The associated Programmes of Measures (PDM) define the operational actions that will enable these objectives to be achieved.

The study concerns the economic analysis and drafting of the socio-economic aspects for the revision of the SDAGE of Martinique: 
• Dimensioning of the Programme of Measures (PDM)
• Economic analysis of the Programme of Measures by means of a cost effectiveness analysis: evaluation of the costs of the Programme of Measures, determination of the environmental effectiveness indicators of the measures, evaluation of the economic effectiveness of the measures.
• Assessment of the social acceptability of the Programme of Measures

Building the new economic cost-sharing model for the OMVS public and common infrastructures
