Contexte

The recent territorial reforms have initiated a revision of the distribution of competences in water management (GEMAPI, drinking water, sanitation, rainwater). To accompany this reform, the State has mandated the basin coordinating prefects to draw up the Strategy for the Organisation of Local Water Competences.
